Project process

Threading it through: how we work.

We can embroider jackets, caps, polo shirts, t-shirts, sweat shirts, bed linen, waistcoats, rucsacs; we can embroider promotional gift items and guest packages.  We can embroider anything that can be embroidered!

1. Pre-order: we are happy to discuss your requirements over the phone or face-to-face.
2. Order: you can order either on the standard form on this web-site or through discussion with us.  There is no minimum order: we will do single items; and we can embroider further items at a later date.
3. Confirmation: either way, we will confirm our understanding of your requirements in writing.*
4. Payment: we ask for 50% payment at the time of order placement - either over the phone or in person.
5. Delivery: when the order is placed, we will confirm the delivery date.  The 50% balance is payable on delivery of the order.
6. Ownership: once we have designed the embroidery for you, and you have paid for it, you own that design and you can take the file elsewhere, for other work, if you wish.

*We are very experienced in working with graphic designers and the logos and design they produce.  Some designs lend themselves to embroidery better than others, and we can advise on minor modifications to your brand, should this be necessary.
